Description
I developed a solid Android application for FM91 Pakistan using Java, with a view to ensuring a smooth user experience. This is a native app that brings out optimum performance on all kinds of devices. Another prime feature of this app was to integrate a live FM stream so that users can listen to FM91 directly through the app. I also worked on one video broadcast issue specific to FM employees, hence ensuring the smooth functioning of video streaming. I designed the RestAPI backbone for the application using core PHP that would ensure efficient data handling and interaction with the server. There was an in-app gamification feature where listeners could participate in ongoing contests.
